A weekend in Melbourne and a trip to the Snow!

Snow along the side of the road!!! it was so exciting ... just like driving in a postcard!

Fun in the snow: some really nice staff lady from the ski resort lent us a plastic tobogan to have some fun with ... someone had already said no ... as they weren't hiring them .. they were doing stocktaking for the opening ceremonies etc of the snow season the next day! This lady got one from somewhere else! Willians E went on his own ... and Michael with his daddy!




Tired, cold and wet boys getting warm again by the heaters in the "restaurant" ... no chairs at all just standing-up-at tables!


Poor Michael wasn't feeling well (after being up vomiting the night before and having not eaten much all day!!!) ... he was cold!!!

On the way back down from the snow ... we stopped alongside a lot more snow!!! sadly we couldn't stay long as Michael was feeling worn out by that time! It was so amazing and exciting to see the wonders of God's creation!

update of my arm...

Dr said I could take the bandage off my arm today! yesterday I saw some new skin growing under the peeling skin near my thumb! It was so exciting!!!
Just before, my arm was getting prickly, so I've taken the bandage off, put some burn healing / scarring cream on it, and bandaged it all up as the skin is peeling off everywhere and I don't want it to bleed or peel off before time!

Last Saturday afternoon, we all went to Shorncliffe for a play in a cool playground ... and a walk on the jetty to enjoy God's creation and watch the sunset! Here are some pics!!
